Space Law governs space-related activities. It is made up of rules and regulations of international organizations, UN General Assembly resolutions, treaties, conventions, and international agreements. The treaties agreements, rules, and regulations have the goals of preventing the militarization of space; forestalling sovereignty over celestial objects, and outlining the liabilities for damages to the surface of the Earth of entities traveling in space.
