Federal Communications regulations can be found in Title 47 of the Code of Federal Regulations (C.F.R.).  Some online resources that contain the Code of Federal Regulations are listed below. 

Proposed and final federal regulations, as well as interim rules, agency information collections, etc., can be found in the Federal Register.  Some online resources that contain the Federal Register include:

FCC adjudicative decisions, Reports & Orders (R&O), and Memorandum Opinion & Orders (MO&O) are printed in the FCC Record and its predecessor the FCC Reports.
