Study Aids

Treatises, hornbooks, outlines, case briefs, and other study materials to help law students achieve academic success.

Why Use Study Aids?

Study aids are geared to help students understand specific areas of law or put what they have learned to use in preparation for a course exam. These resources can supplement class texts, lectures and course materials.

More in-depth study aids may provide thorough explanations of the main issues of an area of law. There are also guides that do the same in a more concise outline format. And still others that quiz the student's knowledge of the key concepts covered in a course.

The ABA Guide to Using Study Aids points out the value of using them throughout the school year.
