Introduction

Flags From Around The World

International Commercial Arbitration (ICA) is a common form of Alternative Dispute Resolution.  When cases or disputes between parties in different countries arise, this type of arbitration is an alternative to traditional litigation.  These types of disputes often arise from clauses in commercial contracts.
